HR Operations Support Manager

You will be the number one point of contact and be responsible for, and own employee engagement including pre and post joining of new staff and have a close relationship with the head of people and recruitment and chief PRO officer who also own their part of the end to end process.

This is a tactical role in the critical path to getting new staff in their new role which requires your efficiency and professionalism and requires strong HR operational skills in a supporting role for all staff going forward.
